These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of tickets through the Karitickets platform. By accessing or using the platform to purchase tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Karitickets is a digital ticketing and event technology platform that facilitates the listing, promotion, sale, and distribution of tickets on behalf of third-party event organizers, promoters, venues, and hosts (“Organizers”).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Karitickets acts solely as an intermediary between ticket purchasers and Organizers and is not the host, promoter, producer, or operator of events listed on the platform.
All ticket purchases made through the platform are subject to ticket availability and successful payment authorization.
Ticket prices are determined by the respective Organizer. Karitickets may charge additional fees which shall be displayed before checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds shall only be issued where:

Organizers reserve the right to make changes to events, including:

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
